In the name of God Amen. I George Davidson Randle of the County of Dyer and State of Tennessee having been made afflicted in body for same and being apprehensive that I may be suddenly called to pay the last debt due to nature and being at this time of sound mind do make this as my last will & Testament hereby reviking all others hertofore made after comminding my soul to God who gave it and after all my Just debts are Satisfied I give and bequeath my property as follows (Viz)
* To my beloved wife Susanna Randle my nigro man Harry a Blacksmith and the Blacksmith Tooles of every discription that may belong to me in the Shop also my old nigro man George
* To my beloved son Eldridge D. Randle. I give and bequeath Jacob and Lotty his wife together with there further increase to him and his heires forever.
* To my son Ewing G. Randle I give and bequeath my nigro man Alexander to him and his heirs forever.
* To my Daughter Martha I. Randle I give and bequeath my nigro woman Lily and her future increased to her and her forever.
* To my Daughter Lucy F. Randle I give and bequeath my nigro woman Eliza and her future increase to her and her heirs forever.
* To my son Elbert L. Randle I give and bequeath my nigroe man Hardy to him and his heirs forever. I do hereby appoint as accutors James R. Randle and my son Eldridge D. Randle with the following instructions that they sell dispose of my land Stock of Horses cattle and hogs with my Farming Tools of every description and every article of House hold and Kitching furniture with every other thing that I may posses and that may not have been named as a fund for the payment of my Just debts and after the payment of the Same Should there be a ballance remaining then to be devided with my wife & children Share and Share alike. In Testamony of which I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 5th day of April Amo Dominie 1833.
