  Dorothy Naomi Parsons, daughter of Thomas and Lucy Disney Wyatt, was born April 17, 1915, in Henry County and died Monday, February 7, 2000, at Golden Valley Hospital, Clinton. Dorothy was married to Everett Horrell Parsons on December 28, 1930, in LaDue. Everett preceded her in death on May 4, 1982. Dorothy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton and the LaDue Community Club. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Everett, and one half-sister, Anna Smith, and one half-brother, Page Huffman. She is survived by her three children; one brother, David E. Wyatt of Clarksville, as well as eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Vansant-Mills Chapel on Wednesday, February 9. Burial was in the Englewood Cemetery.
