7209 She is not on the 1900 Census and it reports that her mother had 8 children, only 6 are living, 6 are listed on the census. However, I'm not sure that the 1880 Census is correct. Maybe the daughter named Emma should have been a son named Edward.

Emma Louise Rickert
Dec 8 1880
Sep 8 1898
RIP
There is a marriage record in either Guad or Greg County for Emma L Rickard and B F Brown on 22 Jul 1891.
RICKERT, Emma Louise (I2960)

7210 She is NOT the Mary Bushong who married James Basil or Bassell in 1886. Mary Basil's parents are listed as Henry Bushong and Nancy Norman. Furthermore, her age on the 1910 Census is 48, making her 8 years older than our Mary. It's more probable that our Mary is the Polly who married Robert Uptigrove in 1895. BUSHONG, Mary A (I21413)

7211 She lived at Genoa, which is now part of Houston. The town was roughly at the intersection of Genoa-Red Bluff Road and Old Galveston Road (SH 3). I don't know if she ever married. She died in an auto accident. CROW, Q Belle (I19037)

7220 She may have been born in Mississippi. ???, Nellie (I2242)

7221 She may have been born in Tennessee.

Although I can't document this, I think your Tabitha was probably the daughter of Rowland Tankersley and Clarissa Wade, whose family had apparently moved from South Carolina to Tennessee between 1810 and 1820. Rowland and Clarissa are said to have had a daughter Tabitha who was born about 1793, and Rowland also had an older sister named Tabitha. (I also wonder whether the Ronald Burford in your lineage could actually have been Rowland Burford.)
Contrary to the widely accepted (but incorrect) version of the Tankersley lineage, which claims that Rowland was the son of an earlier Rowland Tankersley, Tabitha's father Rowland was the son of Richard Tankersley and his wife Winnifred. This is the same Richard Tankersley who is identified in the traditional lineage as the husband of Elizabeth Fountain. The original source (an 1893 genealogy by Charles W. Tankersley) claims that Richard died in 1748, but in fact I've been able to trace his journey through Virginia and into upper South Carolina, where he was still alive as late as 1797.
As I said, I can't prove it, but it might be worth further research.

7235 She was previously married to William G O'Neal in 1935 with at least one child. DAGLEY, Lorena Fay (I11128)

7236 She was probably born in 1777. KING, Rebecca (I11835)

7237 She was probably born in Illinois or Indiana. ROBERTS, Mary Anne (I16097)

7238 She was still living when Henry died. WOOD, Lucy S (I21373)

7239 She was the adopted daughter of Thomas L Jones of Natchez. I don't know if her birth name is Taylor or if she was married previously; if she was, she must have been very young. I believe her names lies somewhere between the two names in the marriage records. She was probably just plain Lucinda Taylor who dreamed of having a glamourous name such as Victorine Angorone; she was a teenager, after all, and orphaned.

One must assume that, after Grenville's untimely death, Vicky took her sons back to Louisiana where William Henry later met Lizzie. She probably remarried and chose to use her husband's name for the boys. William doesn't resurface until 1900 in Galveston County, Texas, married and with children.

7240 She was unmarried in 1930.
