5268	Notarized by E.H. Lawhon in Williamson Co. on March 5, 1931: My name is J. B. wills. I live at Taylor in Williamson County, Texas; I was born in Milam County, Texas; I am now 74 years of age. I am a nephew of William Wills and his wife, Saluda E. Wills. William Wills and wife settled in Bell County, Texas, near where the town of Holland, Bell county, Texas, now stands; they located there, I think in 1848, or thereabouts. I was about 8 years old during the war. I remember that William Wills joined the confederate Army, or at least that was my understanding at that time, and served during the war between the States of the United States from 1861 to 1865. I do not remember now what year he went into the Confederate Army, nor do I remember what year he came back from the Army, but I do know, from conversations I have heard between my father and William Wills that they each served in the Confederate Army. My father was a brother of William Wills and his name was J. W. Wills (this name is handwritten) Wills (is marked through with ink). I do not remember now in what Company William Wills served as it has been so long ago that I just did not charge my memory with that. I know all of the above to be facts from personal knowledge. August 3, 1864 Zenus was released to duty from Jackson Hospital and was captured ar Five Forks, Virginia on April 2, 1865, he was a prisoner of war, Lookout Point, Maryland. 5275	Number 6, No. 10 Isaac Farr. Died in Lively, Ala., June 30th, 1884, Isaac Farr, in the 56th year of his age. Brother Farr was partly raised in Chambers County, Ala., and in 1851 he was united in holy wedlock to Miss Elizabeth Langley, who was then and yet is a consistent and devoted member of the Primitive Baptist Church at Mount Pisgah (Chambers County), Ala. In 1875 he related the dealings of the Lord with him to the church at Sardis, Harris County, Ga., and was received as a member and baptized by Elder H. M. Higginbothem. In 1878 he was received by letter into the fellowship of the church at Mount Pisgah (Chambers County), Ala., and there remained until he was called away by death. The earthly remains of our dear Brother Farr was brought on the cars from Brownville, Ala., to Opelika; thence four miles out to Mount Olive Church, where by request of the bereaved family and friends, we preached to a large congregation by sympathizing relatives and friends, basing our remarks partly on John 14:1 ? "Let not your heart be troubled," and partly on Isaiah ? "The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart; and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken from the evil to come." After these services all that is mortal of Isaac Farr was laid in the silent tomb, there to await the summons of God, who created it, to rise the dead immortal and incorruptible.	FARR, Isaac (I9373)

5290	Officer Marvin E. Wills had worked in the patrol division, vice section and was assigned to the warrant section where he was working at the time of his death. Officer Wills was working off-duty at the Western Hills Hotel on Christmas night, 1955. Something got the attention of Officer Wills, and he left the hotel, walking 200 yards south to a vacant lot. Officer Wills became involved in an altercation and was bitten on both hands and arms, was struck twice on the head, and was shot four times with his own pistol. His body was discovered lying face down in the street by a driver passing by. A witness had reported two cars parked on the vacant lot just prior to the murder.
